What Secret?

I tried to watch The Secret this past weekend and I could not finish it. Now before you get in my face about not giving it a chance, hear me out. I downloaded it with an excited spirit because I loved the trailer. I love the time period so was looking forward to a good movie. When it started and all it was was people talking about this ’secret’, I was still not discouraged because I liked how they made things flow. What deterred me is the message altogether. Read more

Idea Bug

I always have ideas on how to make things better in the world, make better websites, and make money online [or off]. It is a trait that most people with ADD/ADHD have to deal with. Generally the ideas are great and could work if I sat down and worked on them long enough, but I just cannot keep my focus. It is not that I am lazy or do not want to do it; it is that once I set out to do it, I get sidetracked with another genius idea or research for another project. I love working on new things, but as I am always finding new things, I am always finding something to distract me. Read more
Complexity

The mind is a powerful tool. My mind in particular is always going; it is always formulating a new task, goal, idea, or scenario. With that said, I always have something to say, but do not always know how to say it. Because everything is always so jumbled in my complex mind, I cannot always get it out! Sometimes it is not even that I cannot get it out, it is merely that I do not have the time or the focus. Like right now I have a blog post waiting to be posted that I have yet to finish writing. It will be a long one to say the least, but I am not in the right mind frame to finish. I would have finished it when I started it, but I got too busy to do so, and now it remains in my drafts folder. Why US?

The United States is a superpower that runs to the aid of third world countries because that is their role as big brother…no pun intended…really. Trouble is, why aren’t they keeping up with their own household first? We have national debt, homeless VETS, corrupt officials, and troubles in our own homeland that need to be taken care of before we can help someone else. Why not? Why not better our country? Let the other countries better their realms as they please while we do ours as we please. Read more
